Main components and material configuration:

1, Box components: The box is composed of an internal carbon steel skeleton and a stainless steel outer cover; the carbon steel skeleton is welded with profiles, and the outside is brushed with anti-rust paint for anti-rust treatment. The stainless steel outer material is 1.5mm thick 304 stainless steel.

2, In and out tank turntable assembly: This assembly consists of two turntables. The main function is to send the empty cans to the belt of the can rinser machine in an orderly manner, and then send the empty cans out of the can rinsing belt after flushing the cans with air; the shaft of the turntable is made of carbon steel to prevent Rust treatment, the turntable is made of 304 stainless steel.

3, Tin can flushing component: This component is composed of a can rinsing belt, permanent magnet module, and flushing pipeline; the tank rinsing belt is a PVC conveyor belt; It is adsorbed on the belt and will not fall off during the reversal process. The module material is a ferrite black magnet, which has a strong magnetic force and good temperature resistance; the main function of the flushing pipeline is to spray the tank washing medium under the push of an external centrifugal pump. The empty tank is flushed and inverted, and the pipe material is mainly galvanized white iron pipe. 

4, Transmission component: This component is installed in the box and is isolated from the outside world. It is mainly composed of a motor, a transmission chain, a transmission shaft, and a gear. , Driveshaft and gear are made of carbon steel, all of which have been strengthened and have strong wear resistance.
