Aluminium Foil Wrapping Machine and Tube Filling Capping Machine For Tablets

Brief Introduction of tablet wrapping machine:

This tablet wrapping machine is designed and suitable for wrapping in on roll with several pieces of tablets by aluminum foil & paper laminated material, all movement of this machine adopts advanced PLC controller, stepper motor, and pneumatic cylinder to combine, so it is very stable and reliable, operation easy and maintenance convenience. It can run automatically, warning and stop function for no wrapping paper and no tablet, all tablets touching material adopts excellent SUS316 stainless steel, another steel material adopts enamel paint or alloy to combine.

Composition and Function:

1, Vibrating tablets feeding unit: Put tablets into hopper by manual, Vibrating system will send tablets into track automatically for wrapping preparation, automatic stop for overload tablet, automatic stop for lack of tablets, all tablet arrangement is automatic.

2, Tablets arranging unit: This unit is to arrange tablets according to setting position and quantity for pushing to the wrapping station.

3, Wrapping paper feeding unit: Put the wrapping paper in the holder, and the machine can arrange the wrapping paper to the wrapping station for standby automatically.

4, Controller unit: This machine is controlled by a PLC controller, automatic warning, and stop when any procedure gets malfunction.

Main materials: The machine plate and frame are adopts steel and enamel paint, the platform cover is 304, the other uses aluminum alloy sandblasting, 304 stainless steel, and all the material touched with a tablet will adopt sus316l.

Operation process：

Put tablets into hopper by manual - Send the tablets into track automatically for wrapping preparation- wrapping paper

Manually place the roll paper in the reel position, The machine automatically feeds the paper and cuts it.

The FP-P40A Tablet Tube Filling Machine for bobbin bottles is applicable to the packing of bigger and thinner tablets which are orderly fed into bobbin bottles/tubes in a single row in an overlapping way. The device utterly adopts a PLC for centralized control. It is verified in fiber and photoelectric detection and other kinds of detection to have steady performance and reliably automatic operation. It can automatically give alarms and shut down in case of no tablets, bottles, or covers. Its part in contact with the tablets is made of superior 316 stainless steel. which can full the requirements of GMP.

Composition and Function:

2, Tablet feeding system: Put Tablet into hopper by manual, vibrating and sending tablet to channels automatically for packing preparation.

3, Tube feeding unit: put tubes into hopper by the manual, shaking system will send tube to rack automatically. Tube direction should be checked by manual before put into the hopper

4, Cap Pushing unit: When the tube gets a tablet, the cap pushing system will push the cap and close the tube automatically, no tablet no capping, no tube no capping.

5, Electronic Control Section: This machine is controlled by PLC, cylinder, and stepper motor. with an automatic multi-function alarm system.

Working process：

Loading cap to the hopper by manual - Auto-tidy lid-Entering the gland position.

The machine automatically completes the filling tablet into the bottle and gland
