Automatic bottle feeding machine

Brief instruction:

LP-20 Model Push type unscramble are national advanced bottle unscrambling equipment, which is based on world-advanced technology, designed and developed according to our country’s developing trend of high speed and automation of drink filling equipment.

The main machine has a cylinder appearance with adjustable feet at the bottom for changing the machine’s height and level. In the cylinder, there is a rotating cylinder, and outside of the rotating cylinder, there is the dropping bottle slot, the inner side is equipped with a lifting device, and the amount is the same as the dropping bottle slots. At the center of the machine, there is a fixed umbrella shape tower. When the lifting device sends out a short bottle message according to the bottle detecting device on the tower, the bottle will drop onto the umbrella shape tower from the top center of the machine, then enter the lifting device from the edge of the tower. Under the action of the cam, the lifting device pushes the bottle into the bottle slot. After unscrambling in the slot, the bottle rotates along with the bottle slot to the exit of unscrambling. The poking bottle starwheel at the exit will push the bottle into the air convey way. The starwheel joins the shaft of the main motor through a time geared belt.

Characteristics:

Ø Main motor is the frequency speed changing method.

Ø Applying two-time pushing and unscrambling devices will reduce the amount of empty working positions and improve the efficiency of the output bottle.

Ø Special-designed dropping bottle slots can suit bottles of different lengths. It doesn’t need to change the bottle slot and just adjust the slot properly.

Ø The middle of the cylinder has a door for mold exchange, this makes it convenient to disassemble and assemble bottle slots and treat clogs.

Ø The bottom of the cylinder has a door for maintenance, this makes it convenient for workers entering the bottom of the machine.

Ø This machine is equipped with a manual operator for easy maintenance.

Ø It has complete safety measures. When the maintenance door and mold exchange door are open, the machine can’t start, then you can use a manual operator to control the machine.

Ø The output bottle poking wheel of unscrambling is equipped with a block bottle detector that can protect the machine effectively.

Ø On the umbrella shape tower at the center of unscrambling, there is a bottle detector to control the stop and start of the lifting machine that supplies bottle.

Ø The bottle’s transportation applies air convey way suspending bottleneck method to avoid bottle’s turnover.

Ø The outer cylinder has an oil nozzle that can easily add lubricant to gears, bearings, and cam.

Ø The air pipeline system has a pressure switch and gate valve, if compressed air can’t be put through, the machine can’t start too. The gate valve and the machine are interlocked and save air consumption.

Ø The bottle’s transportation applies air convey way suspending bottleneck method to avoid bottle’s turnover.

Ø At the air convey way’s input bottle end, there is a block bottle treatment device that is driven by a cylinder. When the bottle is blocked, the device removes it automatically to prevent damage of unscramble because of the bottle’s squeezing.

Ø Stainless steel-made electric cabinet controls unscramble, lifting machine and air convey way’s works through PLC.

Ø Key electric components (frequency converter, PLC, photoelectric switch, relay) apply to international famous brands.

Ø Air pipeline system applies SMC products.
