Transmission structure and working principle

• • • • • • Power is supplied by an electric motor in the case; transmit the power to the reducer through a belt pulley.

          • The height of idler wheel is adjusted by the adjusting screw rod of M8.The gap between the upper brim and the idler wheel should of trough is 0.03-0.08mm.In normal condition, if all parts are normal, two idlers are not necessary to revise.

PLC     It could control a single machine and also control the electrical system. It could set an alarm device.
