Introduction:

1, The filling capping machine combines the gravity filling method and vacuum filling method in one machine. It takes the advantage of gravity and negative pressure from the vacuum pump to create a pressure difference between buffering tank and container to fill. Fast speed and equal liquid level.

3, Filling valve adopts a spray type that fills oil from all sides of the container, with no foam during filling.

4, Equipped with the liquid level detector in recycling tank to control on and off valve to cycle use the oil after backflow.

5, Capping heads are magnetic constant-torque equipped to ensure capping quality with no damage.

6, Highly effective cap sorting and feeding in the system is protective for feed in and cap absence.

7, Equipped with an overload system to safeguard machines and operators.

8, Equipped with cap absence detector and bottle jam-up detector, which could stop the monoblack in that case.

9, Equipped with output calculating function for monoblack.  

10, Main electronic components (touch screen, PLC, and frequency inverter) are imported products.

11, Machine structure & body are very strong with no vibration during running, machine is covered with tempered glass door and wall installed with strong hinges.

12, Capping heads big types as required by the buyer, same shown in the photo provided to the seller.

13, Oil drops collector as a curved stainless steel plate, to collect the drops of oil from the filling heads which starts immediately after the head moves up (after filling) till the head starts to go down (before filling).

14, Each bottle stand same format as the bottle base.
