Process Features

1, Its shape is simple and beautiful, its structure is novel and unique, and its maintenance is convenient.  

2, The super large cardboard warehouse can place at least 50 sheets of paper at a time, greatly reducing the labor intensity of the operator.  

3, The use of the Korean VTECSD sucker can reach more than one million times.

4, Using the NORDSON glue machine, the performance is stable, which greatly reduces the operation failure rate.

5, Using the constant temperature sealing cutter, the DuPont Teflon coated on the surface can prolong the service life of the coating.

6, The contraction chamber adopts the unique circulation air transportation technology, which greatly improves the shrinkage effect. The structure is reasonable, thermal insulation, temperature control accuracy is high, and shrink packaging effect is better. The imported Teflon conveyor belt saves 20% more electric energy than the metal mesh belt.

7, Equipped with German SIEMENS, Japan OMRON, UNIQUE, and other stable and reliable electrical control components.

8, The distance between the cooling channel and contraction channel is more than 500 mm, avoiding the interaction between cold air and hot air, reducing heat loss, and ensuring the cooling effect of contraction film.

Main Components and Functions  

The whole equipment consists of a product conveyor belt, grouping machine, carton tray forming machine, sealing&cutting machine, heat shrinking machine, unpowered conveying roller, electrical control, pneumatic control, and so on.

This part is mainly responsible for the orderly transportation of the products.

This part is mainly responsible for stacking the products as required from 8*3/4*3.

Case Folding Machine

The semi-support molding machine is mainly composed of a frame, product-separating mechanism, product-dropping mechanism, cardboard bin, paper feeding mechanism, folding mechanism, forming mechanism, and so on.  

- The product feeding mechanism is responsible for transporting PET products to the product feeding mechanism, which is divided into two parts: forward transportation and post transportation.

- The product grouping mechanism is responsible for dividing the PET products according to the packaging requirements, so as to achieve the goal of product dropping.

- The paper feeder is responsible for sending the pieces of cardboard into the product dropping area.

- The product dropping mechanism is responsible for pushing the product in place into the empty slot through the cylinder so that the product falls onto the cardboard.

- The lifting structure is responsible for putting the products and cardboard on the bottom chain and folding the edges.

- The folding mechanism is responsible for folding the sides and spraying glue at the same time.

- The forming mechanism is responsible for extruding the adhesive sheets so that the bonding is firm.

Packing Machine

The packing machine is mainly composed of a frame, conveyor, film wrapping mechanism, sealing&cutting mechanism,etc.

- Conveyor transports the grouped products with support into the position for film wrapping.

- Film Wrapping Mechanism automatically set the supply length of the shrink film according to the size of the packaging, and automatically wrap the film in the process of moving the product forward.

Heat Shrink Machine

The heat-shrinkable machine consists of three parts: heating shrinkage, cooling shaping, and product conveying.

- Heating and Shrinking: The shrink machine heat and contract the wrapped package, so that the film is contracted evenly at the set temperature, close to the surface of the package, and wraps the package tightly to achieve the purpose of the package.

- Cooling and Pitching: It is responsible for rapidly cooling the film on the surface of the finished package so that the film can rapidly become a high-strength state for easy handling.    

- Product Conveying: The complete package is conveyed to the unpowered conveying roller, and the unpowered conveying roller can play a temporary storage role to facilitate the stacking or handling of personnel.
