Working procedure:

Empty bottle-feeding -- Quantitative filling --Pump cap placing -- screw capping.

Features:

1. Bottle-feeding method: The bottle is to be fed by an automatic feeder and transported to the host. High degree of automation.

2. Bottle detection: The photoelectric sensor detects whether there is an empty bottle on the main turntable, and sends the detection signal to the control computer to control the filling of the bottle. No bottle, no filling.

3. Filling function: If a bottle is detected in the front, the PLC controls the filling nozzle into the bottle for quantitative filling.

4. Capping mechanism: The brush is automatically sorted by the vibrating bowl, and the brush is pressed into the bottle mouth by a mechanical swing arm structure.
