Brief introduction:

This machine is developed by our company based on the absorption of foreign advanced technology and is special equipment for tubes. Functions:

1. tube feeding: Automatically arrange the tube by the sorter. The star wheel is intermittently rotated, and the tube is fed into the wheel by the sorting elevator.

2. Positioning: the empty tubes will be pressed by a mechanical device to ensure their accurate positioning before entering the filling station.

3. Filling: Adopt a peristaltic pump for filling with high accuracy and automation.

4. Capping: caps are sorted and fed by an automatic vibrating sorter then go to screw caps.

5. Discharge: when the start wheel moves to the discharge station, the filled and capped tubes will be pulled by a mechanical arm to the slider trail to collect by the operator.
