Application:

The acoustic technique detecting contains’ pressure or vacuum degree through small deformation (even no degree of deformation) of the ends, like tin can, beer bottles, coffee, powder can, canned juice, jarred condiments, etc. The sound probe emits a high-energy magnetic pulse on the top end of every container. Pulse shocks the end and makes a sound like “tok”, this sound has a direct relationship with the pressure or vacuum of the container. After measurement and judgment of this sound, the containers which exceed the set reject limit value will be eliminated.

The sound probe is used in the non-contact online detect leakage. The acoustic technique could detect metal can, glass bottle, and so on.

Working steps

1. Container that passes the electric eye will trigger the photon beam of the electric eye.

2. When the container passes the sound probe, the probe emits a high-energy magnetic pulse on the center of the end.

3. End makes a sound “tok”.

4. After measurement and judgment of this sound, the containers which exceed the set reject limit value will be eliminated.
