Introduction:

FP-QG automatic aerosol filling line is suitable for all typical aerosol product manufacturing household, personal care, health care, car care, and other industries. Optional working stations such as valve inserting, weight checking, water bath leakage testing, actuator pressing, and cap pressing are optional for customers depending on budget. All the parts that will contact material are made of stainless

steel 316 by CNC machine to guarantee an accurate filling.

Working principle

Step 1: Placing the valve and pouch inside the bottle by manual on the working platform

Step 2: The bottle with the valve will be moved along with the conveyor belt. After it reached the underneath of the compression air filling position, then the nitrogen will be inflated into the bottle.

Step 3: After inflating nitrogen into bottles, the valve with the pouch will be sealed by an automatic cap crimping machine.

Step 4: The filling part will start running as soon as the aerosol bottle was detected by the photoelectrical eye installed on the guardrail of convey belt. Filling heads descend and fill the beginning. In this process, the cylinder was mainly used to drive the filling heads movement. With the start of filling, the cylinder will gradually increase.

Step 5: Once the cylinder is up to a certain station, the magnetic switch will send signals, and the filling ended
