HOW TO PRODUCE ICE CUP/ICE GLASS?

   An ice cup, also known as an ice glass or ice glassware, is a novelty beverage container made entirely of ice. These cups are used to serve cold beverages such as alcoholic drinks, cocktails, slushies, smoothies, or any other cold liquid refreshments. Ice cups are designed to keep the beverage cold and can add a unique and visually appealing element to the serving of drinks. 

Do you know what equipment we need to produce the ice cup/ice glass? 

1. Firstly, we need a water purifying system to filter water resources like groundwater, spring water, and tap water to reach clean food-grade standards and hygiene standards. 
2. Secondly, we will need an ice-making machine to make the ice cubes from water. 
3. After making ice cubes, we need a screening machine to sieve the broken ice and remove it before filling into cups;
4. The next step is to pack the ice clean, good-looking ice cubes into plastic cups or glass cups, thus, we need an automatic filling, sealing, and capping machine for this purpose;
5. Finally, we need to pack the ice cups/ice glasses into cartons for easy transport. There are 2 options based on the production capacity. you can fill and seal cartons manually if the production capacity is not high to save investment for equipment. If you have enough budget, you can consider using automatic carton forming, filling, and sealing lines to reach high efficiency and save cost for manpower!
